Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

    • In its original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition.

  • Items returned after the 7-day window.

🔄 Return Process

  1. Email us at infozenovacare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.

💵 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered).

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
